Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Brave & Young Distributors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings and seminars.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. They will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings and seminars
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
Requirements:
