We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Telesteps Ladders Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. Additionally, they will direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, motivate staff, plan and control budget and expenditures, plan and organize daily operations, supervise other workers, and train staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and have flexibility. They will also have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
