Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FINBLUE. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Perform data entry
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week
