You will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling data, statistics and other information, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and overseeing payroll administration. You will also be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and performing data entry.
