Gupta Learning Services Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the office. They will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computer and technology skills, including electronic mail, MS Office, and MS Outlook. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and will have a strong understanding of personal suitability, including efficiency, flexibility, and organization.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be fluent in English.
