In this role, you'll be responsible for driving client satisfaction and growth. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with our Partners, providing them with proactive campaign performance updates and optimization opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Gain a deep understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
  • Campaign Success: Liaise between our partners and internal XFN teams to ensure that our partners' objectives are met.
  • Media Strategies: Own the conversation with advertisers to advise on media strategies.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be a subject matter expert in brand and performance related opportunities.
  • Process Understanding: Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for our partners.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership and XFN teams to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an account management role, within digital marketing or advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive discussions with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
