Strategic Account Growth Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving client satisfaction and growth. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and drive results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with our Partners, providing them with proactive campaign performance updates and optimization opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Gain a deep understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
- Campaign Success: Liaise between our partners and internal XFN teams to ensure that our partners' objectives are met.
- Media Strategies: Own the conversation with advertisers to advise on media strategies.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Be a subject matter expert in brand and performance related opportunities.
- Process Understanding: Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for our partners.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership and XFN teams to drive results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an account management role, within digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive discussions with clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
