Job Description
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing your book of business by leveraging solution-selling, traditional, and digital prospecting tactics. You will engage with customers up to the VP/SVP level, including roles such as CFO, CPO, and Head of Indirect Procurement, and ensure recommended solutions meet our customer's procurement needs.

Responsibilities
1. Owns all facets of the account management process for large, complex strategic accounts (companies with annual revenue of > $1.5B within the assigned territory)
2. Ownership of the pipeline and demand generation process
3. Meets or exceeds targets for prospecting and acquiring new customers, as well as managing customer accounts
4. Develops relationships with key buying decision makers across Finance, Procurement, and functional areas such as Information Technology, Facilities, and more

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
