About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Technology and Business Transformation team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and change management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of approximately 100 individuals, providing guidance and direction to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Change Management: Manage cross-functional relationships to drive change initiatives, working closely with business and technology partners to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, standards, and guidelines, and manage risk to minimize potential impacts on the business.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on developing and retaining top talent.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, with a strong focus on driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency.
  • Change Management and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles, with the ability to apply these in a practical and effective manner.
