Job Title: Transformation Program Director

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Program Director to lead our on-site transformation programs and drive business growth for Netcracker Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets and business plans for projects and programs, ensuring business profitability and forecasting.
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Partner with Sales Team to support new solution revenue opportunities within accounts through proposal creation, contract negotiations, and pre-sales consulting.
  • Represent Solution Delivery in presales activities, ensuring accurate representation of Netcracker deployment methodologies to potential customers.
  • Hold Account Teams accountable for project deliverables and manage resources to ensure timely completion of program commitments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and SMEs, participating in strategic and roadmap discussions on business transformation.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead multi-million, business transformational programs involving complex technical solutions in the BSS industry.
  • Required experience with writing and reviewing contracts, SOWs, and other commercial agreements.
  • Ability to build and execute resource plans (on/offshore).
  • 10 years management experience, at least 3 years at senior levels.
  • Extensive experience with project management methodologies.
  • Experience working in a matrixed corporate environment.
  • A degree in a related field.
