About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at D Spot Hamilton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Inspect and taste our dishes to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers receive prompt and friendly service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, plating, and presentation

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our kitchen staff

Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and humid environment
