About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at FAT BASTARD BURRITO. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks to ensure that our kitchen operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
