About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bad Maash Hamilton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage our kitchen inventory to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu requirements.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
