Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Chef Supervision: Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
