Business Development Sales Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Teltonika IOT Solutions Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote sales to existing clients
- Identify and solicit potential clients
- Assess client needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services
- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
- Deliver sales presentations
- Prepare and administer sales contracts
- Use sales forecasting software
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
- Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
- Train customers' staff in operation and maintenance of equipment
- Resolve product and service related problems
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
- Provide customer service
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
- Urban area
- English language skills
- Strong computer and technology skills, including Word processing software, Electronic mail, Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Criminal record check
- Permanent work term
- 30 hours per week
