**Job Overview**

At Recruitment Partners, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Regional Business Growth Manager to join our team in Edmonton and Saskatoon. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to drive sustainable growth across various market segments, collaborate with senior leadership, and contribute to the company's vision.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sales growth by building strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish performance accountability and align branch targets with company strategies
  • Execute the sales program, refining the sales process and structure, and ensuring every team member is aligned with the company's goals
  • Support, train, and onboard new sales talent, helping them thrive and contribute to the company vision
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring sales budgets, margin targets, and annual goals are met
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales/Business Development to identify potential customers and emerging opportunities, transitioning key relationships to the regional level
  • Maintain a competitive edge by staying informed about market trends, economic indicators, and competitor moves

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience with hands-on, strategic selling success
  • A degree in Business or equivalent, with professional sales training or certifications an asset
  • Experience across multiple segments and comfort working with corporate and private sector leaders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for business
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally, as needed
