Conveyancing and Administrative Support Specialist

Nava Wilson LLP is a dynamic law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled administrative professional to provide support to our conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of real estate law and procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the flow of information within the team
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Drafting legal correspondence and documents
- Negotiating mortgage loans and applications
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications
