Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled administrative professional to provide support to our conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of real estate law and procedures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the flow of information within the team
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Drafting legal correspondence and documents
  • Negotiating mortgage loans and applications
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications
