About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, connecting with customers in a relatable way to provide exceptional service throughout their journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Discovering customers' needs and listening to understand their requests
  • Processing day-to-day transactions and nurturing long-standing relationships
  • Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  • Sharing knowledge and introducing clients to mobile banking applications to better manage their banking needs
