Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Professional to join our team at Sheppard & Associates Ltd.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to telephone calls, relay messages, and manage electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Type, proofread, and edit correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision.
  • Enter data into our digital database with attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A permanent position with a regular schedule (32 hours per week).
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
