We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lake Louise Inn.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Clerical Duties: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
