Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Slave Lake Inn and Conference Centre LTD.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Reservations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Clerical Duties: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform other clerical tasks as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, exchange foreign currency, and process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Staff accommodation available.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
