Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at our Saskatoon location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and company objectives, while providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Create a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Sales Growth: Increase market share by growing existing and harvesting new customer accounts, while meeting sales targets and company objectives.
  • Leadership: Provide effective management through strong leadership and direction of immediate subordinates, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure operational efficiency and excellence, working closely with Divisional and Corporate personnel to achieve company objectives.
  • Community Involvement: Represent Westburne as a Company ambassador, actively participating in community events and initiatives.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: University degree plus a minimum of ten (10) years related experience in the industry, including at least five (5) years in a management capacity.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to analyze financial reports and develop implementation strategies to meet/exceed operational/fiscal plans and targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strategic partnerships and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and coach staff, making difficult decisions when necessary.
