About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director, Influencer Marketing to join our team at North Strategic. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for leading our influencer marketing practice and driving business growth through innovative strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that meet and exceed client objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and content
  • Manage and grow top client accounts, building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform changes in the influencer and social media landscape
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement measurement frameworks and data-driven strategies
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in influencer, digital, and social marketing
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and social media landscape, including emerging platforms and trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's and post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field
