Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage and grow key client relationships, building trust and credibility through exceptional service and results-driven strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that meet client objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and digital communications
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
