Job Title: Influencer Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Influencer Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing
  • 5-6 years of experience in social media and community management
  • 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, including identification of influencers, managing influencer programs, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion, and reporting
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a high-performing team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and leading integrated campaign strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously
  • Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, importance, and role of influencer marketing, best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop influencer plans
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
