Director, Influencer Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Influencer Strategy & Operations. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of our influencer marketing business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
- Manage and optimize budgets, forecasts, and financials to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including content amplification and performance-based partnerships.
- Previous experience leveraging end-to-end influencer marketing platforms to build scalable processes.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives.
- Poise and calm under pressure, with a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner.
- Highly confident presenter, with a solutions-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
