About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mr. Mikes Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our signature steakhouse cuisine, while also ensuring that our dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards.

Chef Management

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results, while also providing guidance and support to ensure that our culinary standards are met.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of our kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards, and make adjustments as needed to maintain our exceptional quality.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our kitchen operations are in compliance with all health and safety regulations, and that our team is trained to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on steakhouse cuisine

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
