About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and freshness, while meeting the needs of our guests and the business.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and quality, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards and that our guests receive a consistent and exceptional dining experience.

Staff Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires standing for extended periods
