About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at WOW GRILL. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role
