About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and freshness, while also meeting the needs of our guests.

Chef Management

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our kitchen meets all health and safety regulations and standards, and that our team members are trained to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires standing for extended periods
