Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing recruitment processes, including postings, offer letter generation, compensation reporting, interview scheduling, and onboarding phases. You will also support campus recruitment partners in their full-cycle recruitment activities, interact with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience, and provide coordination and execution support for campus events and job fairs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, act as a subject matter expert on Workday and other systems within the team, administer skills assessments, and assist in preparing calibration materials. You will also contribute to campus talent acquisition initiatives and projects, reviewing processes and recommending continuous improvement ideas to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. A minimum of two years of experience in a coordinator or administrator role within HR or talent acquisition is required. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task and adjust to a fast-paced environment with constantly changing demands, and balance and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

You will need strong skills in Word/Excel, experience in Workday, and strong planning and coordination with cross-functional teams. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
