Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. This is a key role that requires a strong business acumen and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that support business growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to execute on current strategic plans and increase financial bench strength
  • Facilitate HR functional committees and lead initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Be responsible for ongoing identification of strategic issues and implementing policies, programs, and practices to support business goals
  • Provide critical HR specialty expertise to client groups (e.g. Reward & Recognition, Leadership Development, Recruitment & Retention, and Organizational Effectiveness)
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Minimum 8 years broad-based and progressive HR Generalist and/or HR Specialist experience in a large, multi-national organization
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and change management principles, organizational effectiveness, and reward and recognition concepts
  • Demonstrated success in team building and people leadership
