We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team at Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our talent pipeline and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and identifying sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Additionally, you will assist in brainstorming and implementing improvements to recruitment processes and champion our referral program.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and the HR Manager, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding recruiting and onboarding practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing full-cycle recruiting tasks, such as posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Conducting interviews and providing recommendations to hiring managers
  • Developing candidate pipelines through recruitment tools and resources
  • Assisting in the implementation of ongoing improvements to recruitment processes
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency experience, as well as proficiency in applicant tracking systems. A post-secondary education in Human Resources or a business-related degree is preferred. Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

You will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A strong sense of urgency, exceptional time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously are also required.
