About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Medical Marketing Manager to drive our Canadian marketing efforts and lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic plans that support business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute medical sales and marketing strategies aligned with annual goals
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and channels to inform forecasting and planning
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to develop new product launch plans and execute successful launches in the Canadian market
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a marketing manager
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience in medical or pharmaceutical fields is an asset
- A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location
