About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Provisioning Lead to join our team at the Canadian Red Cross. As a key member of our data services department, you will be responsible for leading our data provisioning and reporting efforts, ensuring that our teams have access to accurate and timely information to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data management, and analytics, with experience in implementing and maintaining data solutions using Power BI and SQL. You will work closely with our philanthropy and marketing teams to develop and implement reports and dashboards that provide insights into our programs and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data provisioning and reporting strategies to support business decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain our Power BI environment, ensuring that all reports and dashboards are secure and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize reporting requirements, ensuring that all needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to users on data visualization tools and techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data management, and analytics, with a focus on data provision and reporting.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The Canadian Red Cross offers a competitive salary range of $56,681 - $82,660 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan.
