We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at MT Talent. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our client base across the East GTA region, enhancing our market presence and share in that area.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage in active field sales to expand a committed client base across the East GTA region, enhancing the firm's market presence or share in that region.
- Construct and oversee strategic plans concerning the client portfolio to boost sales growth and retention effectively.
- Apply strategic zoning of sales territory through customer potential and historical purchases, organize daily itineraries autonomously, and employ tools for sales efficiency.
- Present in-person demonstrations of our company's offerings to clients, ensuring a direct and engaging experience.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales / New Business development experience (product industry preferred vs service)
- Clean driving record
