Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining sales records, and preparing merchandise for purchase or rental.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and up-to-date.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring that all items are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Conduct sales transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Work Environment
