Job Summary

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services, and provide advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain sales records for inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 35 to 40 hours per week.
