About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain sales records for inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience or equivalent.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be goal-oriented, hardworking, and proactive.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
