We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register and Provide Product Advice: You will be responsible for operating our cash register system and providing expert advice to customers on our products and services.
- Perform Data Entry and Assist with Customer Inquiries: You will be responsible for accurately entering customer data and assisting with customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct Sales Transactions: You will be responsible for conducting sales transactions both in-store and online, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with Customers: You will be responsible for engaging with customers to discuss their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain Sales Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records for inventory management and reporting purposes.
- Efficient and Hardworking: You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Goal-Oriented and Proactive: You will be expected to be goal-oriented and proactive in your approach, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Quick Learner with Strong Time Management Skills: You will be expected to be a quick learner with strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Dependable and Reliable: You will be expected to be dependable and reliable in all tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Legally Authorized to Work in Canada: You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Open to Relocation: You must be open to relocation if needed.
- Full-Time Position: This is a full-time position with 35-40 hours per week.
