About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Highway Esso Moose Jaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, handle returns and exchanges, and provide change to customers.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning the counter area.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance with finding products.
  • Assist with Self-Checkout: Help customers with self-checkout, resolve any issues, and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
