Job Summary

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce, operate cash registers, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a well-organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 35 to 40 hours per week.
