About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Highway Esso Moose Jaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, handle returns and exchanges, and provide refunds or exchanges as needed.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning the counter area.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance with finding products or resolving issues.
  • Assist with Self-Checkout: Assist customers with using the self-checkout system and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
