Job Title: Application Support Analyst - DevOps

At SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst - DevOps to join our team. As a key member of our IT feature team, you will provide technical and functional support for our applications used by trading and risk analysts based in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for our applications
  • Work closely with the Dev team to provide the best services to our traders and help avoid or fix major incidents in production
  • Perform morning and evening checks to ensure Production is stable before financial markets open
  • Take your technology expertise to the next level by dedicating time to automation using Elasticsearch/Kibana, Scripting, Bots, Autosys, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an application support analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements & automations
  • Ability to write an SQL query and pass a basic coding game in whatever technology you are familiar with

Language:

French and English
