Job Overview:

We are in search of a highly self-sufficient and driven individual to become part of our international IT team as a Financial Applications Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert user assistance to finance departments utilizing Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS, tailoring and configuring the platform, aiding in the rollout of Oracle NetSuite across various regions, and documenting financial workflows and system capabilities for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert user assistance to finance teams across Latin America utilizing Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS
  • Customize and configure the Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS platform to meet user needs
  • Support the implementation of Oracle NetSuite and its new features in multiple regions
  • Develop user documentation regarding financial workflows and system capabilities
  • Extract, transform, and load data from spreadsheets, CSV files, and SQL databases
  • Integrate third-party software components and applications
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software solutions

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in computer science, IT, or finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in support or implementation roles
  • Mandatory experience with Oracle NetSuite
  • Hands-on experience as a software application analyst
  • Understanding of finance and corporate accounting principles
  • Experience in providing end-user support through ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for basic ETL tasks
  • Familiarity with C# and web technologies (HTML/JS/CSS) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and modern SharePoint development is desirable
  • Fluency in English (Advanced level)
