About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst DevOps to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our IT feature team, you will provide technical and functional support for our applications used by trading and risk analysts based in New York.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our applications, ensuring stability and performance
  • Collaborate with the Dev team to deliver high-quality services to our traders
  • Perform morning and evening checks to ensure Production is stable before market openings
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Elasticsearch/Kibana, Scripting, Bots, and Autosys
  • Participate in the development of key Production Support practices and gain financial expertise from experienced professionals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an application support analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements and automations
  • Basic coding ability, including the ability to write an SQL query and pass a basic coding game
  • Proficiency in languages: French and English
