About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst DevOps to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our IT feature team, you will provide technical and functional support for our applications used by trading and risk analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with our Dev team to ensure the best possible services are provided to our traders and to help avoid or fix major incidents in production.
  • Perform morning and evening checks to ensure production is stable before market openings.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Elasticsearch/Kibana, scripting, bots, and Autosys.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners in the United States to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an application support analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience.
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements and automations.
  • Understanding of the technology our products are built with to provide better support.
  • Demonstrate a basic level of coding ability.
  • Ability to write an SQL query and pass a basic coding game in your familiar technology.
  • Languages: French and English.
