About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst - DevOps to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our IT feature team, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for our applications used by trading and risk analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and functional support for our applications, ensuring they are stable and running smoothly.
  • Work closely with our Dev team to provide the best services to our traders and help avoid or fix major incidents in production.
  • Perform morning and evening checks to ensure production is stable before financial markets open.
  • Develop and implement automation using Elasticsearch/Kibana, scripting, bots, and Autosys.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners in the United States to deliver day-to-day services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an application support analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience.
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements and automations.
  • Basic level of coding ability, including writing SQL queries and passing a basic coding game.
  • Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
