Job Title: Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team for a 3-month contract with the possibility of renewal or permanence. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Process level 1 application support requests and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage access to different systems, ensuring secure and controlled access.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application support.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing applications, specifically Asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new environments quickly.
  • Excellent team spirit, resourcefulness, and initiative.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
