About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst - DevOps to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our IT feature team, you will provide technical and functional support for our applications used by trading and risk analysts based in New York.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our applications, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Dev team to deliver high-quality services to our traders and prevent or resolve major incidents in production.
  • Perform morning and evening checks to ensure production stability before market openings.
  • Develop and implement automation using Elasticsearch/Kibana, scripting, bots, and Autosys.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an application support analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience.
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements and automations.
  • Basic coding ability, including writing SQL queries and passing a coding game.
