Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager, Commercial Financial Services to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert financial advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their objectives.
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them to make informed decisions about their business.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions, using this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with other Relationship Managers to share best practices and leverage expertise to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of commercial financial services and ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in a commercial banking or financial services role, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to deliver results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
